The President and Vice Presidents Team (PVPT) serves as the management team for Converge Worldwide (BGC) ministries. They report to the Board of Overseers and to our national conference delegates.

They:

• Articulate and cast the vision for Converge Worldwide (BGC) ministries 
• Create long-range and annual strategic ministry plans and oversee their fulfillment
• Develop partnerships that will enhance our ministry effectiveness
• Develop and oversee the annual budget
• Hire and nuture national staff
• Align Conference ministries operations with the Converge Worldwide (BGC) vision and mission.

• For wisdom in decision making
  
• faithfulness to the Word of God
  
• sensitivity to the Holy Spirit's leading
  
• diligence in caring for personnel and family needs.
