This gatherings is designed to facilitate peer-to-peer sharing, learning, encouraging and to interact with pastors dealing with similar issues and challenges. We will break the groups down in smaller groups dividing up the size of the church while still offering times to interact with pastors of larger churches, (350-749, 750-1500 and 1500+).
