IT'S EASY TO GET STARTED

  1. Complete the upper portion of the form at the bottom of this web page. Sign your name and today's date.
  2. Enclose a voided check or your regular contribution check to the Baptist General Conference.

 

You will receive a letter confirming your participation in the BGC Direct Giving Plan. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to process a request, so please continue to mail your gifts until you receive a letter from us indicating when the first transfer is about to take place.

 

Call us any time if you have questions or choose to discontinue the service. Ask for Daniel Boerst in accounting.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT



The authorization to charge your bank account shall be the same as if you had personally signed a check to the Baptist General Conference.  This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until the Baptist General Conference has received written or verbal notification from you of its termination and the Baptist General Conference has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

A record of each charge will be included in your bank statement.

You have the right to authorize your bank to reverse any charge made to your account.  This must be done by written notice within 15 days of the date of the bank statement or within 45 days after the charge was made.

It is understood and agreed that your bank shall have no responsibility for the correctness of any charge herein contemplated and that any dispute involving the amount thereof shall be handled by you directly with the Baptist General Conference.

  • When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
  • When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries, please call.
