ROWE UPDATE

|
Our construction project was technically completed in January, but there are final preparations of the home going on right now.
A new phase of ministry is about to begin, receiving new guests, and we
continue to ask for your prayers as we resume our care to families who
find a refuge at our hospitality house.
During our last home assignment we shared the vision for this project,
and we now look forward to our upcoming home assignment and sharing
with our supporting churches and friends who have helped to make this a
reality. | |

Pr. Rubens, from our Brazilian church, has been active using his skills to help in a variety of ways, including installing ceiling lights and shower heads.
He’s always been available to encourage me in this project and provide important counsel based on his skill in construction, and the special friendship God has given us. |

One recent project was to recover chairs that had been donated along with a large granite top dining table.
|

We saw two regular guests recently, Danilo and Rafael, who were here for their routine consultation at the hospital.
|

It reminded us how important the ministry of the hospitality house is.
On their next visit they’ll be able to stay in the new house.

It’s been so good to have been able to concentrate on our responsibilities related to the hospitality house these past few weeks.
We appreciate your prayers as we just resumed our hospital chaplaincy ministry on Wednesday mornings. Next Tuesday and Thursday evenings my classes start up again at the seminary – Christian spirituality and the local church and missions. | |
Thanks for your partnership!
